• A complete FF&E schedule (furniture, fixtures, equipment) including sourcing links or local vendor suggestions
• Finish, fabric, and paint specifications consolidated into a clear presentation package
• Installation or styling guidelines I can hand straight to my contractor

Please base your work on standard tools like AutoCAD or Revit for plans and SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar for renders—whatever you’re most comfortable with as long as final files are editable.
