I’m launching a new men’s luxury fashion and lifestyle account called ORIGARCH on TikTok and Instagram.
I’m looking for a creative, trend-savvy video editor who can also provide creative direction and help me develop a unique, recognizable style.
THE CONCEPT
Each video will be approximately 25–40 seconds, combining fashion, personality, humor, and cinematic visuals.
The general format:
1. Introduction: I speak directly to the camera with a casual, charismatic “Let’s get dressed” opening.
2. The inspiration: I briefly explain the outfit, share a styling tip, or make a funny observation.
3. The clothing: I introduce individual pieces with interesting close-ups, zooms, and stylish edits.
4. The transition: I approach the camera and say something like “Cue the music.”
5. The reveal: The music takes over, and the video becomes a cinematic fashion montage featuring the full outfit, movement, posing, lip-syncing, and dancing.
THE AESTHETIC
Think luxury fashion editorial meets TikTok entertainment.
I want dramatic lighting, beautiful color grading, creative camera angles, dynamic zooms, smooth transitions, and music-synchronized editing.
The overall feeling should be masculine, elegant, confident, slightly sexy, and playful.
I love visually striking fashion videos with cinematic backgrounds and detailed close-ups, but I also want to bring something different through personality and humor.
HUMOR & POP CULTURE
I would love someone who understands current internet culture and can creatively incorporate occasional:
* Funny memes and GIFs
* Recognizable pop-culture moments
* Clever on-screen text
* Comedic cuts and sound effects
* Trending references that feel natural rather than forced
The humor should enhance the content without making it feel cheap or overly chaotic.
CREATIVE GUIDANCE IS IMPORTANT
I am new to content creation and will be filming everything myself at home using my phone and lighting equipment.
I need someone who can also advise me on:
* Lighting placement and camera angles
* How to film cinematic footage at home
* Which shots and movements to capture
* Music selection and timing
* Creating visually interesting backgrounds
* Developing recurring transitions and a recognizable editing identity
* Improving audience retention and engagement
I’m particularly interested in someone who can provide a simple filming shot list or creative direction before each shoot.
THE GOAL
I want people to follow not only for the clothes, but also for my personality, humor, confidence, and personal style.
I’m building a personal brand, not a clothing store.
CREATIVE REFERENCES
Two creators whose content I’d like to use as inspiration are Ethan Gaskill and Joel Vieten.
I’m looking to combine cinematic, editorial fashion visuals with engaging personality, humor, storytelling, and music-driven outfit reveals.
These are creative references, not templates to copy. I want to develop my own distinctive identity and recognizable editing style for ORIGARCH.
I’ll share specific video links to demonstrate the pacing, transitions, camera movements, and overall atmosphere I like.
WORKING TOGETHER
I’d like to start with one paid trial video to establish the visual direction, editing style, and workflow.
If the collaboration works well, I’m interested in ongoing editing for regular TikTok and Instagram content.
LONG-TERM COLLABORATION & POSTING FREQUENCY
My goal is to publish approximately 5–7 videos per week on TikTok and Instagram, ideally posting almost every day.
I’m looking for a reliable, creative editor who can potentially work with me on an ongoing basis, help maintain a consistent visual identity, and continuously bring fresh ideas, trends, humor, and creative improvements to the content.
We’ll begin with one paid trial video to establish the editing style and workflow, with the possibility of expanding to regular weekly projects.
Please include your pricing per video, discounted rates for ongoing weekly or monthly work, and your capacity to deliver multiple videos per week.
WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE INCLUDE:
1. Examples of fashion, lifestyle, or personality-driven short-form videos you’ve edited.
2. Whether you can help with creative direction and filming guidance.
3. Your price per finished 25–40-second video.
4. Your typical turnaround time.
5. One creative idea you would bring to this project.
I’m looking for someone with genuine creative instincts, not simply someone who knows how to use editing software.
