We are seeking an ambitious, creative, highly organized individual to join us in a unique Executive Operations, AI & Digital Commerce Associate position.

This is much more than a traditional Virtual Assistant role.

You will have the opportunity to work across AI, automation, e-commerce, social media, digital products, CRM operations, content creation, business administration, and sales. If you enjoy learning new things and don’t want to perform the same repetitive task every day, this position was designed for that type of person.

We want someone who can grow with our businesses, learn our systems, take ownership of projects, and eventually become a trusted part of our day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU MAY WORK ON

AI, AUTOMATION & CRM

* Help oversee our Excess Elite AI/CRM system
* Monitor AI conversations and assist when a conversation requires a live-person handoff
* Manage leads, notes, records, pipelines, and follow-ups
* Build, modify, and test automated workflows
* Test automations before deployment
* Identify functions that could potentially be automated
* Help troubleshoot workflow issues
* Work with AI tools including ChatGPT and other platforms
* Document processes and help improve our operating systems

SOCIAL MEDIA & AI CONTENT
We currently have approximately 25 social media accounts requiring organization and management.

Responsibilities may include:

* Creating and editing AI-generated videos
* AI video editing and repurposing
* Creating short-form social content
* Connecting content to our social media planner
* Scheduling content across multiple accounts
* Organizing content calendars
* Repurposing one piece of content for multiple platforms
* Creating graphics, captions, promotional materials, and campaigns
* Monitoring scheduled content and correcting issues

E-COMMERCE & SALES
We currently have approximately 200 physical inventory items that need to be marketed and sold through platforms such as eBay, Etsy, Mercari, and other appropriate marketplaces.

You may:

* Research comparable products and pricing
* Create optimized listings
* Write titles and descriptions
* Organize/upload photos
* Cross-list inventory
* Respond to buyers and offers
* Monitor listings
* Adjust pricing
* Track inventory
* Remove sold products from other marketplaces
* Develop strategies to increase sales

You will receive hourly compensation PLUS commission on qualifying sales, giving you an opportunity to increase your earnings as the businesses grow.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & NEWSLETTER
We are also building a portfolio of digital products and a long-term customer audience.

You may assist with:

* E-books
* Guides
* Templates
* Flyers
* Digital downloads
* Product descriptions
* Marketing campaigns
* Creating and managing a newsletter
* Building our email subscriber list
* Organizing email campaigns
* Marketing physical and digital products to our audience
* Developing new ideas for products and promotions

Additional commission opportunities may be available from products you help successfully market and sell.

EXECUTIVE & BUSINESS SUPPORT

Depending on current priorities, you could also be asked to perform research, organize spreadsheets, edit documents, create presentations/materials, make occasional business calls, organize schedules, follow up on projects, research opportunities, manage information, or assist with other administrative and business-development assignments.

The scope of this position is intentionally diverse, and additional responsibilities may be added as our businesses grow.

You won’t necessarily perform every responsibility every day. One day could involve e-commerce listings, another AI video editing, another workflow testing, and another CRM or digital-product development.

For someone who enjoys variety, this creates an opportunity to learn, experiment, develop new skills, and avoid becoming stuck doing the same task every day.

COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY

Starting Base Pay: $2.00 USD/hour + Commission Opportunities

Expected workload for the right candidate: 30–40 hours per week

The hourly rate provides the base compensation; however, we want someone motivated by the opportunity to participate in the revenue-producing side of the businesses.

Depending on the project and applicable commission structure, additional earnings may come from qualifying:

* Physical product sales
* Digital product sales
* E-commerce sales
* Other designated revenue-producing projects

Commission terms and eligibility will be established for the applicable projects so you understand how you are compensated.

As our operations expand, we want this position to have the potential to grow in responsibility and earning opportunities.

You do NOT need to be an expert in every area.

We would rather find someone intelligent, dependable, curious, and willing to learn than someone who knows one platform but isn’t interested in growing.
