Luxury Property Brochure Designer – UK Estate Agency

I’m an independent estate agent specialising in luxury, unique and lifestyle properties across South Wales, and I’m looking for a talented graphic designer to create beautiful, professional property brochures.

I’m looking for someone who can:

* Design elegant, high-end property brochures with a luxury editorial feel.
* Work with professional photography, floorplans, property descriptions and branding.
* Create stylish layouts that showcase each property’s character, lifestyle and unique selling points.
* Produce both digital PDF brochures and high-resolution print-ready versions.
* Incorporate my existing eXp Luxury branding while giving each property its own identity.
* Deliver professional, polished designs with excellent attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll have experience designing brochures for luxury real estate, architecture, interiors or premium lifestyle brands.

I’m looking for a reliable, creative freelancer for ongoing work, rather than a one-off project.
