Luxury Clinic Reception Design

I’m opening a new aesthetic clinic and would like to start with a truly memorable reception and waiting area. The look I’m aiming for is unmistakably luxury and elegant, yet calm, using a palette of beige, soft neutrals and generous touches of marble.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A refined floor-plan that makes check-in effortless and guides clients smoothly toward treatment rooms.
• Mood board and material specifications that capture the beige-marble scheme without drifting into cold minimalism.
• High-quality 3D visualisations (or photorealistic renders) so I can see lighting, textures and furniture in context.
• A concise finishes schedule noting paints, stone, fixtures, lighting and suggested furniture brands.

All drawings should be delivered in editable format (CAD or SketchUp/Revit) along with print-ready PDFs. 3D imagery can be in Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray—whatever you prefer, as long as the final files are high resolution.

Once the reception concept is approved I plan to roll the same language through the rest of the clinic, so a cohesive design approach is important. Please share relevant portfolio pieces that showcase luxury, elegance and thoughtful space planning.
