Luxury Bus Wrap Vector Redraw

I need a print-ready vector file of an existing bus wrap design, recreated/redrawn at full production quality for a new bus.

The reference artwork is a continuous illustrated skyline running along the side of a bus — starting with Kolkata landmarks (Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge, a boat on the river) on the left, transitioning into hills, a toy train, and Himalayan mountain peaks on the right, all in a single-line gold illustration style on a purple background.

I need this redrawn as clean, scalable vector art so it can be printed at full size without any pixelation or quality loss.

Base Color
The base/background color of the entire panel is purple (matching the reference image) — this is not a white/transparent background, it's a solid purple field that the gold illustration sits on top of

Artwork separated into logical layers (skyline/illustration, logo, text, background) so elements can be repositioned or resized independently
Colors specified in CMYK (for print) with the exact purple and gold matched to the reference image
Requirements
Must be redrawn/recreated, not just auto-traced — fine linework and small details (birds, boat, train, temple/pagoda) should stay crisp and clean at large scale
Maintain the same illustration style: continuous thin gold line art on solid purple background
