Lutron RA3 Programming Expert

I'm looking for an expert to program my Lutron Radio RA3 system primarily for lighting control. I need someone who can set up the following:

Lighting Control:
- Dimming
- Color changing
- Scene setting

Integration:
- Must integrate with smart assistants like Alexa and Google Home.
