I want to bring a lightweight horror-puzzle experience to mobile players—something that captures the tension of titles like Poppy Playtime but fits comfortably on a phone with limited storage. My core requirement is a series of timed challenges that keep the pressure high while encouraging clever problem-solving.

The game must launch natively on both iOS and Android, share the same content on each platform, and stay within a very small install size. I’m open to a stylised 3-D or 2-D look as long as you can preserve atmosphere and keep the final build lean.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A complete design and development roadmap, showing how you’ll minimise file size without cutting essential horror elements.
• Playable prototypes of the timed-challenge mechanics so we can iterate quickly on tension and pacing.
• Final builds for iOS and Android, ready for store submission, along with source project files.
• Brief documentation outlining asset compression, memory usage, and any third-party tools or engines you adopt (Unity, Unreal, Godot, etc.) so future updates stay lightweight.

I’m aiming for a polished yet storage-friendly release, and I’ll review milestones based on playable builds and file-size reports. If you specialise in compact mobile games and relish creating suspenseful puzzles under tight constraints, let’s talk.
