We are looking for an affordable, simple mobile application to manage our fire equipment inspections, maintenance and service reporting.
Our initial requirements are:
Unique QR code generation for individual fire assets - QR code generated through the app.
QR scanning using a mobile phone to retrieve an asset's information and service history.
Customisable inspection checklists for extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, fire detection, sprinkler and suppression systems.
Photograph capture and uploads during inspections.
Defect reporting and corrective-action tracking.
Technician names, dates, digital signatures and inspection records.
Branded PDF service reports. Downloadable in PDF
A simple management dashboard and Excel data exports.
Ability to expand the system over time.
We are not looking for expensive custom software development. We would prefer an economical solution using AppSheet, Zoho Creator or a similar low-code platform.
Please quote separately for a basic working version, ongoing monthly, hosting and support.
We would initially like a small deployment for approximately 15–20 users, with the ability to expand. We have about 20 checklists that we need to digitize.
Please also confirm whether we will own and control our data, QR records and application configuration.
