Fashion Technical Designer Needed for Loungewear / Sleepwear Brand

I'm looking for an experienced **Fashion Technical Designer / Apparel Developer** to help develop and refine designs for my upcoming loungewear and sleepwear brand

I already have several initial designs and concepts. I'm looking for someone who can help take these designs to the next stage and prepare them for manufacturing.

Scope of Work

The project will involve:

1. Design Development & Refinement
- Review my existing garment designs and suggest improvements.
- Make adjustments to certain design details, silhouettes, proportions, and construction.
- Refine the designs while maintaining the original concept and aesthetic of the brand.

2. Fabric Selection & Recommendations
- Recommend suitable fabrics for each design based on the desired look, feel, comfort, drape, and quality.
- Advise on fabric composition, weight (GSM), texture, and other relevant specifications.
- Recommend suitable fabric alternatives where necessary.

3. Technical Specifications & Tech Packs
- Create detailed, professional tech packs for each garment, ready to be sent to manufacturers.
- Include front and back technical flats.
- Provide garment measurements and size specifications.
- Specify fabric composition, trims, buttons, elastics, labels, closures, and other components.
- Include construction details, stitching, finishing, and any special instructions.
- Include a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure all technical information is clear enough for manufacturers to understand and follow with minimal clarification.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in apparel product development and technical design.
- Experience with sleepwear, loungewear, or women's clothing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and trims.
- Experience preparing manufacturer-ready tech packs.
- Able to provide recommendations and technical input, not just execute drawings.

Project Details
This will initially be a project involving a few garment designs, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration as the brand develops.

- Examples of previous tech packs you've created.
- Examples of similar sleepwear or loungewear projects, if available.
- Your experience with fabric sourcing and garment development.
- Your estimated price per design or for the full project.

**Important:** I'm looking for someone who understands the entire process from design refinement to production-ready technical documentation, rather than someone who only creates fashion illustrations.
