Looking for experienced full-stack developer

Our AI-driven reputation-management SaaS is already in production, but the current codebase needs an experienced full-stack eye. The first priority is clear: make the platform faster and more reliable by tackling the server, database, and API layer before fine-tuning anything else.

You’ll dive into a Next.js + TypeScript frontend that talks to a MongoDB-backed Node environment. I need you to trace performance bottlenecks, tighten API response times, refine database indexing, and ensure the build pipeline follows best practices for SSR, ISR, caching, and code-splitting. Solid knowledge of profiling tools, monitoring dashboards, and CI/CD for cloud deployments will let you move quickly. If you also know React Native and Expo, you’ll have an extra edge when we turn to the mobile companion app.

Our distributed team spans Europe as well as North and South America, so overlapping working hours within those regions is essential for smooth stand-ups and code reviews. Before onboarding, I’ll share a short technical exercise to confirm fit and walk you through the repo and existing architecture.
