I’m at the stamping phase on a new garage project and need a licensed engineer who can add a structural stamp to the drawings. All preliminary design work is complete; what’s missing is your professional review and seal confirming the plans meet applicable code requirements.

You’ll receive the full drawing set in PDF and DWG. After your structural check, I’ll need the signed and dated stamp returned as a secure, print-ready PDF (and, if required in your jurisdiction, one wet-signed hard copy mailed to me).

Experience stamping garage or light-framed structures will be helpful. Please confirm the U.S. state or Canadian province where you’re currently licensed and your typical turnaround time.
