I need a recruiter who can quickly build a strong pipeline for two focus areas: Technology and Assistant roles. You’ll take the lead on the full hiring cycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding the best-fit candidates through to offer acceptance.

I’ll share detailed job briefs, desired start dates, and any technical assessments we already have in place. From there, I’m counting on your network, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards to surface talent that matches each brief within agreed timelines. Regular progress updates and a clear, searchable candidate database are part of the remit, so I can see exactly where every applicant sits in the funnel.

Success looks like a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates for each opening, complete with concise interview notes and reference checks where possible. If you bring experience hiring across software, IT support, or administrative support functions—and you’re comfortable juggling several requisitions at once—let’s talk about next steps and kickoff timing.
