Looking for a Freelance Consultant — Speaker Positioning & Outreach

I’m looking for someone proactive and commercially minded to help me strategically expand my visibility as a speaker, corporate trainer and education/STEM specialist.

I have previously spoken and conducted sessions at a range of local and international conferences, panels and professional events. Over the past year, personal circumstances led me to deliberately step back from being as publicly active. I’m now looking to step back into the space strategically and build on the profile and credibility I already have.

The immediate focus is Karachi and Pakistan, while gradually building credible international visibility.

I’m looking for someone who can identify and actively pursue:

• Paid speaking and keynote opportunities
• High-quality panels and conferences
• Education and STEM/STEAM events
• Corporate learning & development opportunities
• Podcasts, interviews and thought-leadership platforms
• International speaking opportunities
• Platforms where I can be positioned alongside credible professionals

Quality and positioning matter more than volume. Not every worthwhile opportunity will initially be paid; a strong panel, conference or podcast can have significant strategic value if it places me in the right professional circles and builds visibility.

The longer-term aim is to reach a point where the right organisations increasingly approach me, both for speaking and for the expertise and services we provide through e-Magine, my organisation, which has built considerable credibility over the years in education, STEM and corporate learning and development.

Engagement

This will begin as a 4-week pilot on a performance/commission basis, rather than a fixed monthly retainer.

- Paid speaking engagements: 10% of the fee actually received
- Strategically valuable unpaid speaking/panel engagements: Rs. 5,000 per confirmed engagement
- Podcasts/interviews: Rs. 2,500–3,000 per confirmed appearance
- Corporate training/consulting opportunities: commission to be agreed separately

No commission will apply to existing relationships or opportunities already in my pipeline.

I’m looking for someone strong at research, outreach, networking and professional positioning, with a demonstrated ability to create meaningful opportunities for professionals.
