Long-Term Wedding Video Editors Wanted

We’re looking for talented wedding video editors to join our post-production team on a long-term basis.

We’re open to editors with 6 months–1 year of professional editing experience or more. Experience beyond that is definitely welcome. More than the number of years, we care about the quality of your work, reliability, communication, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality edits.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience editing wedding films, highlights, reels, ceremonies, and similar wedding content
* Comfortable working with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
* Professional desktop editing workflow required — phone-only editing is not suitable
* CapCut is only acceptable for 1-minute reels
* At least 600 GB of available storage for handling large wedding projects
* Hardware capable of comfortably handling high-resolution footage and larger projects
* Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, music, transitions, audio, and colour grading
* Portfolio is compulsory — please include your portfolio when applying

Project Types & Rates

Depending on the project, editors may be assigned one or more of the following:

* 1-Minute Teaser / Reel: $20–$40 (₹1500–₹4000)
* 3–5 Minute Cinematic Highlight: $45–$65 (₹3,800–₹6,400)
* 8–10 Minute Extended Highlight: $65–$85 (₹5,400–₹9,100)
* 30–60 Minute Documentary Film: $80–$110 (₹6,700–₹11,200)
* Full Combo — all three main deliverables: $120–$160 (₹10,000–₹15,500)

The exact rate within each range can depend on editing quality, experience, project complexity, and the overall scope of the work.

Workflow

1. Footage & Project Files
Raw footage and audio will be provided through Google Drive or WeTransfer.

2. Editing
You’ll edit the assigned deliverable according to the project brief and our quality expectations.

3. Final Delivery
The completed project should include:

* High-resolution MP4 export
* Complete editable project file
* XML file
* Any required supporting files/assets

Skills We Value

We’re particularly looking for editors who can consistently deliver:

* Clean speech audio isolation and enhancement
* Natural, professional skin-tone colour grading
* Smooth and cinematic music transitions
* Strong storytelling and pacing
* Clean transitions and professional finishing
* Attention to detail and consistency

We also value clear communication, meeting deadlines, being responsive, and taking ownership of the work.

Long-Term Opportunity

Editors who consistently deliver good work and communicate well can receive regular projects and ongoing work as our project volume grows.
