We run a small web development business and need an ongoing, hands-on developer — not an agency, not a one-off project.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining an AI-assisted workflow that generates client websites (WordPress and static builds)
- Managing hosting accounts on our DirectAdmin/cPanel servers — adding, editing and removing sites and accounts
- Ongoing maintenance and small improvements as we go — this is a standing role, not a deliver-once job
What we need from you:
- Solid WordPress and general web development skills
- Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into a real workflow (not just "I use ChatGPT sometimes")
- Comfort with DirectAdmin or cPanel account administration
- Reliable daily communication — our last freelancer did great work and then disappeared without a word, so this matters more than anything else on this list
Rate: $5-10/hour (or a day rate of $40-50 for a completed day's work), fixed — not open to negotiation upward after award. This is offshore-friendly and we expect it to be a long-term, ongoing arrangement once we're up and running, not a single project.
