Long-Term Video Editor for Football Content (TikTok, Reels & YouTube Shorts) SRB CRO BIH

IMPORTANT: It is highly preferred that the video editor speaks and understands Bosnian, Croatian, or Serbian, as most of my content will be recorded in one of these languages. This will make communication and understanding the content much easier.

I am a professional football (soccer) player and content creator looking for a skilled long-term video editor to help me grow my personal brand on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and eventually YouTube.

I create educational, motivational, and entertaining football related content, mainly aimed at young football players. My goal is to build a strong personal brand and create high quality content that feels professional, engaging, and authentic.

I am looking for someone who understands modern short-form content and knows how to create videos that keep viewers watching.

The ideal editor should be experienced with:

• TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• High-retention editing and storytelling
• Strong hooks in the first few seconds
• Dynamic pacing and engaging cuts
• Professional captions/subtitles
• Sound effects and background music
• Zooms and transitions when appropriate
• B-roll, football clips, images, and graphics
• Motion graphics when needed
• Creating a clean, modern, and premium visual style

I do NOT want excessive effects or the typical over edited "CapCut style". I want the content to feel professional, clean, cinematic when appropriate, and engaging enough to perform well on social media.

Initially, the main focus will be short-form videos between approximately 30–90 seconds. In the future, there may also be opportunities to edit longer YouTube videos.

This is ideally a long-term collaboration. I am looking for someone reliable, creative, communicative, and genuinely interested in helping develop a recognizable content style for my personal brand.
