I’m looking for a structural engineer I can keep coming back to whenever a new job lands on my desk. The projects will range from fresh designs to renovations, so on any given week I might need you to:
• prepare full calculation packages that satisfy local code
• translate those numbers into clean, build-ready drawings (AutoCAD, Revit or your preferred BIM tool)
• review an existing set of plans and red-line weak points
• issue concise written reports for permit offices or site inspectors
Turnaround, clarity, and accuracy matter more to me than project size—some tasks may take an afternoon, others a few weeks. If you’re comfortable with the usual analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Robot, etc.) and can stamp documents where required, we should be a good fit.
When you reply, show me a couple of example projects, the codes you work under, and how you prefer to structure ongoing collaboration. Let’s set up a short call and see if our workflows align for a long-term partnership.
