Long-Term Residential Architecture Partner

I’m preparing a pipeline of residential projects—new single-family builds, extensions and the occasional interior re-configuration—and I want one architect to stay with me from concept to completion on each job. For every house you will translate my ideas into clear concept sketches, develop full planning sets ready for permit submission, refine them into construction documents and, when needed, advise during site work so the build stays true to the drawings.

You’ll be working from a blank slate most of the time, so expect to create plans from scratch, model in your preferred CAD/BIM tool, and generate accurate take-offs and schedules that contractors can trust. Local code compliance, energy-efficiency considerations and thoughtful space planning are crucial. I’ll supply brief project outlines, site surveys or existing measurements; you return digital files (PDF + editable CAD), plus any explanatory notes that help the builder understand intent.

Because this is an ongoing collaboration, good communication is as important as design talent—quick turnarounds on revisions, willingness to jump on a call to resolve site questions, and consistent file naming keep the workflow smooth.
