Professional Embroidery Digitizer Required – Large & High-Detail Embroidery Designs | DST Files
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional embroidery digitizer for regular and long-term work.
We specialize in premium, high-detail embroidery designs, including large-format embroidery for garments, panels, decorative pieces and luxury/custom products.
The designs may include complex detailing, multiple thread colors, shading, borders, text, crowns, motifs, ornamental elements and premium thread effects.
Our Typical Requirements
We work with designs ranging from:
- 35" × 40"
- 95 × 195 cm
- 68 × 60 cm
- 60 × 55 cm
- And other custom sizes
Typical stitch counts can range from approximately 2.5 lakh to 9 lakh+ stitches, depending on the artwork and level of detailing.
Our machines have different embroidery fields, including approximately:
- 400 mm
- 800 mm
- 1200 mm
For large designs, the digitizer should be capable of properly planning the design into sections/hoopings, while maintaining:
- Accurate registration/alignment
- Seamless joining between sections
- Consistent density
- Proper stitch direction
- Clean borders and corners
- Minimum thread breaks
- Production-friendly sequencing
What We Need From You
The selected digitizer should be able to provide:
- Professional DST production files
- Proper digitizing from artwork/reference images
- Accurate sizing according to our specifications
- Correct stitch density
- Proper underlay
- Stitch direction and sequencing
- Clean trims and jumps
- Color/thread mapping
- Large-format embroidery splitting where required
- Production-ready files suitable for commercial embroidery machines
We may also require revisions after sampling, so the digitizer should be comfortable making technical corrections based on the actual machine output.
Important
We are not looking for basic logo digitization.
Our requirement is for someone who understands commercial embroidery production and high-detail embroidery, not just converting an image into stitches.
Experience with large embroidery panels, luxury embroidery, garments, decorative embroidery and multi-hooping designs will be preferred.
