I run SILENT HAVOC OFFICIAL, an up-and-coming esports organisation focused on staging high-visibility Free Fire MAX tournaments and related events. To accelerate our growth, I need a seasoned professional who can secure sponsorship deals that fit our brand and audience.

Your first responsibility will be to research and build a fresh pipeline of prospects in two priority sectors: gaming & tech companies and well-aligned consumer goods brands. I do not yet have a list, so you will take ownership of identifying, qualifying and ranking targets, then crafting compelling outreach that converts meetings into signed agreements.

Day-to-day, you will be expected to:
• Map the sponsorship landscape, gathering decision-maker contacts and key data in a shared CRM or spreadsheet.
• Develop bespoke pitch decks and proposal packets that showcase our tournament reach, viewer metrics and activation ideas.
• Lead outreach via email, LinkedIn and industry networking, tracking response rates and optimising messaging.
• Negotiate terms, secure contracts and coordinate internal handoff so our production team can activate each partnership smoothly.

Success for us means a growing portfolio of long-term sponsors whose products resonate with our Free Fire community and who see clear ROI from event integrations, broadcast overlays, social promotions and on-site branding.

If you have a proven track record closing esports or influencer deals, understand the expectations of both gaming hardware giants and lifestyle FMCG brands, and can operate independently while keeping me updated through concise weekly reports, let’s talk.
