# Hiring: Long-Term Website Developer / Website Builder for Clinics & Real Estate Businesses

## About the Opportunity

I am building a service business that provides premium, modern websites to businesses, initially focusing on **clinics, doctors, healthcare practices, real estate agents, and property businesses**.

I am looking for a reliable, skilled website developer or website-building specialist who can work with me on a long-term basis.

This is not a one-time project. I plan to generate leads through my sales team and provide you with the client requirements, business details, content, images, and other necessary information. Your responsibility will be to turn these leads into professionally designed, fully functional, live websites.

The ideal person should be comfortable handling recurring projects, delivering quickly without compromising quality, and providing ongoing technical support.

## 1. Scope of Work

For every client, I will provide the available business information, requirements, branding assets, images, contact details, and other relevant inputs.

You will be responsible for:

* Designing and building a premium, professional website suited to the client's business.
* Creating mobile-responsive websites that work smoothly across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
* Ensuring the design looks modern, polished, trustworthy, and conversion-focused.
* Adding contact forms, WhatsApp integration, click-to-call buttons, Google Maps, appointment enquiry forms, property enquiry forms, and other relevant features as required.
* Implementing basic on-page SEO, appropriate page titles, meta descriptions, image optimization, and sitemap configuration.
* Setting up the domain, hosting, SSL certificate, and deployment, with the client's or my approval and access.
* Testing all pages, forms, buttons, links, mobile layouts, and essential functionality before launch.
* Making the website live and handing over the required access and documentation.
* Providing post-launch maintenance, bug fixes, and technical support.

## 2. Types of Websites

Initially, the focus will be on the following categories.

**A. Clinics and healthcare businesses**

* Clinic and doctor profile websites.
* Specialties, treatments, services, and facilities pages.
* Doctor profiles and consultation enquiry forms.
* Appointment requests and WhatsApp contact integration.

* Property enquiry forms and WhatsApp integration.
* Image galleries, location information, and lead capture.
* Project showcase pages for builders and property developers.

The ability to work across other local business categories in the future will be an advantage.

## 3. Delivery Timeline

Speed is an important part of this business model.

* A standard website should ideally be delivered within **24–36 hours** after receiving complete requirements and assets.
* More complex websites with multiple pages, property catalogues, custom functionality, or integrations may require additional time, agreed upon before work begins.
* You must communicate realistic timelines and flag missing information immediately.
* Every website must go through quality checks before being launched.

I am not looking for rushed, generic websites that look unfinished. I need a repeatable process that combines speed with premium quality.

## 4. Design and Quality Expectations

The websites must look like professionally designed business websites, not basic templates with a logo and a few paragraphs added.

I expect:

* Premium UI/UX and clean visual hierarchy.
* Consistent typography, spacing, colours, and branding.
* Strong mobile-first design.
* Fast loading and optimized images.
* Clear calls to action that encourage enquiries and conversions.
* Relevant layouts for each business instead of using the exact same design for every client.
* No broken links, non-functional forms, placeholder content, or unfinished sections at launch.

You may use modern website builders, reusable components, AI-assisted tools, or custom development, provided the final quality is high and the websites remain maintainable.

## 5. Preferred Tools and Technology

You can recommend the best technology stack for this business model.

Possible options include:

* WordPress with a suitable page builder.
* Framer or Webflow.
* Modern AI-assisted website development tools.
* Custom development when genuinely required.

Please explain which tools you recommend for rapid delivery, good design quality, affordable hosting, easy maintenance, and scalability.

I prefer a standardized workflow with reusable components and templates wherever appropriate, while still ensuring that each client's website feels unique.

## 6. Hosting, Domain and Deployment

You will be expected to help take websites from development to production.

This includes:

* Connecting the client's domain.
* Configuring hosting and SSL.
* Deploying the final website.
* Testing the live website.
* Explaining recurring hosting, domain, plugin, or subscription costs before they are incurred.

Domains, hosting, premium plugins, and third-party subscriptions should be discussed and approved separately. Please clarify which accounts should be owned by me or the client and which access you require.

All client websites, domains, accounts, source files, and business data must remain under the appropriate client's or my control, with access handed over as agreed.

## 7. Long-Term Maintenance and Support

This is a continuing engagement, not a one-off development job.

After launch, I need support for:

* Fixing bugs and broken functionality.
* Resolving deployment and hosting issues.
* Minor content, image, contact detail, and layout updates.
* Troubleshooting forms, WhatsApp links, and integrations.
* Website backups and basic security updates where applicable.
* Communicating any issues that could affect a client's live website.

## 8. Expected Monthly Workload

I expect to generate approximately **20–30 qualified business leads per month**, with the potential for recurring website projects as the sales operation grows.

Not every lead will necessarily convert, and actual project volume will depend on client requirements and sales conversions.

I am looking for someone who can begin with a few projects, establish a reliable workflow, and scale capacity as the business grows. Please share how many standard websites you can realistically deliver per week and per month while maintaining quality.

Reliability, communication, and long-term commitment are important.

## 9. Commercial Proposal

Please provide your pricing for:
