# Claude AI / Claude Cowork Expert – Long-Term Hourly Collaboration

We are looking for an experienced **Claude AI / Claude Cowork specialist** to help us configure, optimize, and integrate Claude into our daily professional workflow.

This is **not a one-time setup project**. We are looking for a knowledgeable AI specialist who can work with us on an hourly basis and potentially build a **long-term collaboration**.

## What We Want to Achieve

Our objective is to use Claude and Claude Cowork more effectively to **save time, automate repetitive work, organize information, improve productivity, and simplify daily business tasks**.

We are particularly interested in someone who has real hands-on experience with areas such as:

- Claude Cowork configuration and workflows
- Claude Projects and workspace organization
- Advanced prompting and reusable instructions
- Skills, connectors, integrations and available Claude productivity features
- Creating efficient AI-assisted workflows for recurring business tasks
- Working with documents, files, research and information
- Task automation and multi-step workflows
- Organizing recurring processes with Claude
- Identifying tasks that can realistically be delegated to AI
- Improving existing Claude workflows
- Understanding the limitations, permissions and security implications of AI integrations
- Teaching us how to use these features independently

We don't just want someone who knows how to write prompts.

We are looking for someone who **actively uses Claude's advanced features and can demonstrate practical workflows that improve everyday business productivity.**

## IMPORTANT – Working Method

This is a strict requirement.

**No direct or unsupervised access will be provided to our Claude account, email, Google accounts, files, business platforms, passwords, or any other account or service.**

Please do not apply if you require account credentials or independent access to our systems.

All work must be performed **live with us through screen sharing**.

We can work through:

- Google Meet for screen sharing
- Zoom with temporary remote control when necessary

If remote control is required, it will only be provided temporarily **during the live session while we remain present**.

The objective is to work together: you explain and recommend the configuration, and we implement it together on screen.

This working method is **not negotiable**.

## Hourly Rate

This project is **hourly only**.

Budget: **USD $10–$20 per hour**, depending on demonstrated experience.

We are not interested in fixed-price packages or separate charges for individual configurations.

We want to agree on an hourly rate and use the same basis for our ongoing collaboration.

## Long-Term Opportunity

For the right person, this can become a **regular long-term collaboration**.

We expect to progressively improve our Claude environment and identify additional workflows where AI can save us time.

We therefore value someone who can not only solve a specific problem but also:

- Understand how we work
- Suggest appropriate Claude workflows
- Explain why a particular configuration is useful
- Implement and test it with us
- Help us become increasingly autonomous
- Continue optimizing the system over time
