Long-Term Architectural Plan Rework

I’m looking to partner with a skilled architect on an ongoing basis. I already have a full set of drawings for several projects, but they need steady refinement as our requirements evolve. In the short term I’ll ask you to review the existing plans, suggest improvements, and update the drawings to reflect the agreed changes. Over time, new phases and additional properties will come online, so the scope will naturally expand.

You’ll be working directly with my current CAD files (AutoCAD and Revit formats) and will deliver updated, permit-ready sheets plus any supporting 3D views we agree on. Clear mark-ups, revision clouds, and concise change logs are essential so my construction team can follow along without confusion.
