Paid trial: A$50 AUD fixed total for approximately four coherent finished minutes. Ongoing work is quoted and agreed separately after reviewing the trial.

I have 12 videos ready and more than 30 planned for a Christian teaching and biblical prophecy series. I am looking for another reliable editor to share the workload with my current editor. Both quality and dependable delivery matter.

YOUR ROLE
Turn unscripted talking-head recordings, including retakes, mistakes and repetition, into a clear, polished teaching video. Select the strongest takes, remove unnecessary repetition and pauses, and preserve my meaning and natural delivery. The correct edit determines the final runtime; do not cut an episode to an arbitrary length or pad it to reach a target.

Deliver clean, natural cuts; properly synchronised camera angles and audio; consistent colour; and clear, well-balanced speech. Use the frontal camera as the primary angle where available and the secondary camera purposefully. Add accurate, readable, full-screen NKJV passages timed to the reading where required. Flag missing footage or unclear content promptly rather than inventing a solution that changes the teaching.

Our workflow is main editing first, B-roll last. Identify only the places where a visual will genuinely explain a complex point, event sequence or timeline. Insert timed black placeholders with a clear description of the proposed visual while narration continues. Recommend an exact duration or useful range for each insert; there is no fixed spacing rule or B-roll quota. I arrange the B-roll separately. Once supplied, you insert it, check the complete video and produce the final export. B-roll generation is not part of this editing role.

QUALITY AND CAPACITY
Watch and check the entire finished edit before submitting it. Check cuts, repeated or missing words, sync, Scripture wording, audio levels and export playback. We need a sustained publishing pace. Tell me honestly what turnaround and weekly capacity you can maintain with this workflow, including time to check your work. Do not promise an unrealistic daily output to win the job.

TO APPLY
1. Share two relevant long-form talking-head or documentary videos you personally edited. Give timestamps showing take selection, cuts and audio work, and explain your exact contribution.
2. Confirm whether you accept the A$50 AUD paid trial and who will personally edit it.
3. State your earliest start and proposed trial turnaround after receiving the footage. A firm delivery date, time and time zone will be agreed before starting.
4. State your realistic ongoing capacity and your AUD price per finished minute or per episode, with assumptions, revisions and final B-roll insertion clearly included or separately identified.

The supplied trial footage and complete scope are shared after substantive agreement. Please wait for the agreed award and funded milestone before starting paid work. Trial payment is for the agreed work and does not depend on receiving an ongoing position. Future projects and rates are agreed separately; 30-plus planned videos are an opportunity, not a guaranteed order.
