Logo refinement/finalisation and brand asset preparation

We are an established dental practice in Queensland, Australia, currently updating our branding and are looking for a graphic designer to help us professionally finalise our brand assets.

We already have a clear branding direction and logo concept. We are not looking for a full branding package or for every piece of signage, stationery and marketing material to be designed. We mainly need someone to take our approved logo/design direction and prepare a complete set of professional brand files that we can use ourselves and provide to printers, signwriters, web developers and other suppliers as needed.

What we need:

Logo variations

Primary logo
Horizontal and/or stacked variations where appropriate
Icon/tooth mark on its own
Full-colour version
White/reversed version for dark backgrounds
Black version
Single-colour versions
Versions suitable for both print and digital use

File formats
We would like all final logo variations supplied in the appropriate formats, including:

AI/editable source file
EPS
SVG
PDF
High-resolution PNG with transparent background
JPG where useful

Brand guidelines
A simple, professional brand guide outlining:

Colour palette, including HEX, RGB and CMYK codes
Fonts and typography
Logo variations and when to use them
Logo clear space and minimum sizing
Basic correct/incorrect logo usage

Other assets
Please also ensure we have the appropriate master files for future use across:

Signage and printing
Website and social media
Google Business Profile and other online listings
Embroidery and promotional products

We will be creating most individual items ourselves over time, so the main purpose of this project is to ensure we have a complete, professionally prepared brand asset library with all the correct logo variations and file formats.

All final files should be well organised and provided to us in full, including the editable/source files.
