Skinwhale is a website where gamers sell their CS2 skins (in-game items) and get paid in crypto. The brand should feel modern, clean, premium and trustworthy, with a gaming edge.
I will share samples to show the concept: a whale-tail fluke as a sticker, with the tip of the right lobe peeling up. They are AI-generated concept references only. Do NOT trace them. Design the logo from scratch with your own craft and refinements.
- Main logo: peel at about 20–25% of the right lobe (natural peel).
- Small-size version (32 px and below): the same peel enlarged to about 30% so it stays readable.
- Sticker edition: the same logo with a white die-cut sticker border.
- Wordmark: "skinwhale" in lowercase, a clean geometric sans (please propose 2–3 options).
Colours
Gradient #FF8C4B (orange) → #2BB3C0 (teal) → #2D5BE3 (blue). Peel underside #E8EDF2. Main dark background #0A0C10.
Deliverables
1. Versions (each in full-colour gradient, plus single-colour white and single-colour black):
- Main logo (symbol)
- Small-size symbol
- Sticker edition
- Wordmark on its own
- Horizontal lockup (symbol + wordmark)
- Stacked lockup (symbol + wordmark)
2. Source files: fully layered, editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai), no embedded images, plus a version with text outlined. Every element of the logo must be built in this file.
3. Vector exports: SVG (optimised for web), PDF and EPS, for every version.
4. PNG exports (transparent background) at 512, 1024, 2048 and 4096 px, for every version.
5. Website and app icons:
- favicon.ico (16/32/48) and an SVG favicon
- PNG at 16, 32, 48, 96, 180 (Apple touch icon), 192 and 512 px
- a 512 px "maskable" app icon
- Open Graph / link-preview image (1200×630)
- email header logo (600 px wide plus a 1200 px @2x version)
6. Social media:
- Avatar versions (logo safe inside a circle crop) at 1024×1024, plus exports at 400×400 (X), 512×512 (Discord, Telegram), 256×256 (Reddit), 184×184 (Steam) and 800×800 (YouTube)
- Simple banners (logo on the brand background): X 1500×500, Discord 960×540, Reddit 1920×384, YouTube 2560×1440
7. Print and marketing:
- Print-ready PDF in CMYK, with the CMYK and closest Pantone values for the brand colours
- Sticker print file with the die-cut line (for vinyl stickers)
8. Mini brand guide (1–2 page PDF): clear space, minimum sizes, colour values (HEX/RGB/CMYK), and correct and incorrect usage.
Requirements
- The logo must be 100% original and built by hand by you in vector software.
- NOT accepted: AI image generators, AI or automatic vectorising (e.g. Image Trace), stock elements or templates. We will review the source files.
- Fonts must be licensed for commercial use (free OFL fonts like Google Fonts are fine). Please tell us which fonts you used.
- All copyright and intellectual property in the final logo and all files transfer in full to me on payment, confirmed in a short written assignment. The design is exclusive to us and may not be reused or resold. You may not show it in your portfolio.
Please reply with your price, timeline, and links to similar work you've done.
