Logo Design for Online Teaching Business

I'm looking for a designer to create a simple but stylish logo for my online teaching business, "Zanders Online Teaching". I want something clean and professional that parents and students will trust, with a friendly, modern feel.

What I'm looking for

The logo must include the full name "Zanders Online Teaching", spelled exactly like that (no apostrophe).
The colour scheme is blue and green. I'm open to your choice of shades, but they should feel fresh and calm, and work well together.
I'd like a small icon or symbol alongside the name that suggests learning or online teaching (for example a book, a screen, a graduation cap or a speech bubble). It should be subtle and original, not generic clip art.
The font should be clean, modern and easy to read.
Please keep it simple: no gradients, shadows or fine detail that will get lost when printed small.

Where it will be used

It will be printed on letterheads and business cards, so it must stay sharp and readable at small sizes.
I'll also use it online, for example as a profile picture and in email signatures, so a compact or icon-only version would be useful.

Files needed

Vector files (AI, EPS or SVG, plus PDF)
High-resolution JPG and PNG, including a PNG with a transparent background
A full-colour version, a single-colour black version and a white version for dark backgrounds
The names of the fonts and the colour codes used (HEX and CMYK)

To apply

Please share a few examples of logos you've designed before, and tell me how many initial concepts and revision rounds you include.
