I’m looking for a language professional who can take our English-language corporate brochures and re-create them in flawless, business-ready Italian for our existing client base. The goal is not a literal translation but a polished localization that reflects Italian corporate communication standards while preserving our brand voice.

You’ll receive the original design files (mostly Adobe InDesign) alongside a style guide, glossary, and previously approved Italian taglines. I’ll count on you to adapt the copy, adjust any culturally specific references, and return a fully formatted, print-ready brochure that our account managers can send out without further edits.

Deliverables
• Italian-language brochure file matching the original layout (InDesign .indd + print-ready PDF)
• Separate editable text document so our internal reviewers can track future tweaks
• Brief change log outlining any cultural or stylistic adaptations

Acceptance criteria
– Tone aligns with professional B2B expectations in Italy
– Terminology follows the provided glossary; any deviations are highlighted
– Layout integrity maintained (no text overflow, correct hyphenation, right-to-left artifacts avoided)

If you regularly work with CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, please mention it; leveraged translation memory is a plus for our ongoing updates.
