Local WordPress Contact Page Setup

I have a complete ZIP backup of my WordPress site and I want a fully-featured, mobile-friendly Contact page added without disturbing the existing design. You will work only on a local environment (Local WP or XAMPP). No staging or public link is allowed.

Scope of work
• Import the backup locally, then send me two quick screenshots: the Local WP window and the WP dashboard with the local URL visible. I will award the project once I see those.
• Build a new Contact page and matching site-wide section that includes phone, email, physical address, WhatsApp/Telegram quick links, working hours, a Google Maps iframe (no API key), and a spam-protected contact form.
• Duplicate the key details in the header and footer so visitors can reach us from any page.
• Keep every existing layout element, colour, and typography intact and responsive; do not install nulled, bloated, or unnecessary plugins.

Deliverables
1. Updated ZIP backup of the site.
2. Short change log explaining what was modified, plugins added (if any), and where.
3. Clear instructions so I can test form email delivery myself.

The backup is strictly for this task—please delete it once the job is finished and confirmed.
