local SEO-Friendly Website Copywriting

I have two separate business sites that need fresh, search-optimised copy aimed at boosting our local visibility.

Formwork company
• Write a single, engaging About Us page. It should explain our expertise in formwork, safety standards and project reliability while weaving in locally focused keywords so potential clients in our region find us easily.

IT company
• Develop a clear, benefit-driven Services page that outlines what we do in language business owners can grasp.
• Craft a persuasive Portfolio page that briefly describes several recent projects, the tech stacks used and the results delivered, again optimised for local search terms.

Across all three pages I’m looking for:
– Original, conversational copy (no AI output left un-edited)
– On-page SEO basics: an H1, logical sub-headings (H2/H3), meta title & description suggestions and a light sprinkling of geo-keywords I’ll supply
– A consistent, professional tone that matches each brand’s voice

Please let me know your experience with similar industries and include one sample of previous web content work when you respond.
