I own rental properties from out of state and have a renovation gearing up that I simply cannot watch in person. I need a dependable set of eyes on-site who can drop by the house regularly, take clear photos, and send me a concise weekly report.

During each visit I want you to confirm three things:

• Work quality truly matches the approved scope and drawings
• Progress lines up with the contractor’s stated schedule
• Materials, cleanliness, and basic job-site safety remain on point

Visits should be frequent enough to catch problems early, yet I only need the compiled update once a week unless you see something urgent that needs my input sooner.

– Walk the project, document observations, snap high-resolution photos or short videos
– Flag any discrepancies or concerns immediately
