Local News Website Development

I need a full-featured website dedicated to covering local news in my community. The project starts with a clean, responsive design that highlights articles and makes it easy for readers to navigate by section or keyword.

A key requirement is an integrated user comment section beneath each story, complete with moderation controls so I can approve, edit, or remove posts. A straightforward content-management system is essential too—I want to draft, schedule, and publish articles without touching code.

I’m open to your recommendations on the best stack or CMS for fast publishing and solid SEO, and I’m happy to hear how features like subscriptions or real-time breaking-news alerts could be layered in later, but they’re not part of this initial milestone.
