Local Los Angeles (LA) Assistant: Sell Furniture on Facebook Marketplace & eBay

We are seeking an organized, local Los Angeles-based freelancer (near the 90068 zip code) with direct experience selling items on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, and Nextdoor. You will help list and sell several pieces of used furniture directly from my home.
Responsibilities:
Photographing furniture items and taking accurate measurements on-site.
Drafting optimized listings on eBay, FB Marketplace, and Nextdoor.
Managing buyer inquiries and filtering out spam/scammers.
Coordinating safe pickup logistics.
Requirements:
Must live in Los Angeles and be able to easily commute to the 90068 zip area.
Proven track record and deep familiarity with eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigs, NextDoor.
Great communication skills and high reliability.
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour for on-site photo/listing setup, plus a 15% commission on the final sale price of every item sold.
