Local Job in Ghana: Professional Remote Team Needed

Our business is recruiting six experienced professionals in Ghana for a lean, remote, part-time team supporting consulting, training, research, business development, client service, and finance. Roles include Operations Manager, Business Development & Partnerships Officer, Training & Project Officer, Research/Assessment & M&E Officer, Client Advisor, and Finance & Administration Officer. The team will operate within a combined 160-hour monthly capacity, initially for three months, with possible extension to six months. This is a results-focused opportunity: team members are expected to generate revenue, secure clients, deliver quality assignments, support collections, and build repeat business from Month 1.
