I run an international IT consultancy with engineers already working across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain. What I need now is a reliable local partner in any (or several) of those countries who can step in when hands-on help is required.
Your main tasks
• Prepare and install laptops for our field engineers (OS image, basic security tools, user accounts).
• Deliver or ship the devices to the right site and collect signatures.
• When something breaks, arrange an on-site visit, swap or repair.
• Guide me through registering a small local entity so we can invoice clients and receive payments locally, including any light paperwork or bank appointments that call for a resident presence.
How we’ll work
This is strictly part-time, on-call work. I will alert you ahead of each assignment, brief you on the hardware specs or the next legal step, and agree a flat fee or hourly rate before you start. All costs—equipment, travel, filings—are reimbursed immediately on proof of receipt.
Acceptance criteria
• Each laptop is delivered fully operational, encrypted and tested.
• A simple handover report is returned within 24 hours of delivery or visit.
• For the business setup, copies of all registration documents and confirmed bank details are provided.
