I have personally steered our technology-service company’s Google Ads for 25 years and kept us ahead of every local competitor within our 45-mile radius. Time no longer allows me to keep pace with the newest policy updates—especially those affecting third-party technology businesses—so I’m turning the account over to a seasoned specialist.
Your primary mission is to lift our ad relevance from good to excellent and, in doing so, push click-through rate and conversions back to the levels I used to achieve. The campaigns are already live; you’ll be inheriting solid historical data and a mature negative-keyword list, but they need fresh structure, better responsive ads, and sharper bid strategies to show every time someone searches for our services.
What I expect from you
• A clear game plan for improving ad relevance, including campaign restructuring, keyword and match-type refinement, ad copy testing, and extension optimization.
• Ongoing optimisation: weekly adjustments, a tracking template, and a concise report so I can see at a glance what changed, why, and clear upward movement in call results.
• Deep policy expertise: you must possess the advanced technical knowledge required to prevent ad disapprovals, protecting an account history that has run cleanly and without issue for the past 10 years.
• Strict adherence to all current Google Ads policies for technology businesses—no shortcuts that could jeopardise the account, ensuring Google Analytics is updated to comply with the new Google policy.
• Steady competitor monitoring so we continue to outrank neighboring providers on search and Maps.
Acceptance criteria
• “Excellent” ad relevance scores on key ad groups.
• CTR, impression share, and call results trending upward within the first month.
• Zero policy violations or disapprovals, with fully updated and compliant tracking.
• **Performance milestone:** If tangible results and upward momentum are not delivered, the contract will be terminated immediately, forfeiting the opportunity for ongoing monthly work.
When you apply, focus on your relevant experience: past accounts you’ve scaled in the technology sector, policy knowledge, and any certifications that prove you’re up to date.
DISCLOSURE OF ACCEPTANCE: Submit only your final, all-inclusive price. If that number changes after you bid for any reason, we will not be working together now or in the future.
