Local Community Connector Needed in Uzbekistan

We are looking for a reliable and well-connected person based in Uzbekistan who can help us recruit local people for paid Site Visit assignments.

Your responsibilities:

Find and recruit people living in Uzebkistan and nearby areas who are interested in conducting site visits.

Share our job opportunities through local communities, universities, social media groups, and personal networks.

Identify suitable candidates who have a smartphone and can communicate in basic English.

Help interested candidates register and understand the assignment requirements.

About the Site Visit:
The assignment involves visiting a company's business premises, taking photographs of the building and its surroundings, and conducting a short interview with the company's representative (if permitted).

Payment conditions:
- Payment will be made only after the site visit has been successfully completed.
- No advance payment is provided.

The payment arrangement for recruitment support will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Requirements:
- Must be based in Uzebkistan
- Good knowledge of the local community.
- Good communication and networking skills.
