Local Business Growth Kit

I’ve started a small “local-business-growth-kit” and already laid out the basic project tree (index.html, style.css, script.js, README.md). Now I want to turn that skeleton into a truly engaging mini-site by weaving in genuine customer reviews as user-generated content.
Here’s what I need:
• A clean review component built with vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, and modern, lightweight CSS.
• Front-end logic that lets visitors submit reviews, displays them instantly, and persists them in localStorage (no back-end for now).
• Simple star-rating selection plus text field, with graceful validation and error handling.
• Styling that matches a friendly, small-business feel—nothing bulky, just clear typography, soft colors, and mobile-first responsiveness.
• A short README explaining how to run, test, and extend the kit.
Once everything’s in place, I expect to drop the four files straight onto my server and see the review flow working end-to-end. If you enjoy crafting tidy, self-contained front-end pieces that boost user engagement, this should be quick and fun.
