Local Acting Agent Outreach

This project centers on building my film and TV profile through a strictly local-only outreach campaign. The goal is twofold:

1. Secure representation by agents or managers who are known for guiding emerging actors and who are willing to provide hands-on training, materials, and career planning.
2. Open doors to roles and project-development opportunities—original work, book or studio IP—where I can both act and help shape the production.

Scope of work
• Research every reputable agent and manager in the local market whose résumé shows experience with emerging actors, solid film-industry connections, and a proven record of landing auditions. I also need prospects who are beginner-friendly and ready to mentor.
• Draft a compelling pitch package: résumé, reel links, headshots, and a concise project-development one-pager that invites collaboration.
• Send individualized outreach (email, phone follow-ups, or social media DMs where appropriate) and maintain a contact log.
• Actively scout local film, TV, and commercial productions in pre-production or development, flagging any roles or co-production angles that fit my brand.
• Provide weekly reports summarizing contacts made, responses, next steps, and new opportunities discovered.

Acceptance criteria
– Minimum 30 qualified agents/managers contacted within the first two weeks.
– A live spreadsheet or CRM export documenting each touchpoint, status, and follow-up date.
– At least five actionable audition leads or project collaborations identified by the end of the engagement.

Standard tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable/Notion, IMDbPro, Production Weekly, and tracking boards are all fair game—use whatever helps you move fast and keep data clear. I’ll supply all creative assets; you focus on intelligent targeting, systematic follow-up, and clear reporting.
