Living Room & Kitchen Design

The floor plan is finished, so the focus now is purely on interior design for two spaces: the living room and the kitchen. I’d like a cohesive look that lets the rooms flow together while still serving their individual purposes. The style is open-ended; I’m happy to review modern, traditional, or hybrid concepts as long as the atmosphere feels warm, functional, and easy to maintain.

To make decisions confidently I’ll need a clear set of deliverables:

• Concept package – mood board, colour palette, and key inspiration images
• Furniture & layout plan – scaled PDF/DWG showing traffic flow and zone definition
• 3D visualisations – SketchUp, Revit, or comparable renders so I can “walk through” each room
• Specification list – furniture, lighting, finishes, paint codes, and purchase links available in the U.S.
• One revision round after the first presentation

I’ll supply current floor plans, measurements, and reference photos as soon as we start. Final files should arrive in both PDF and their native editable formats.
