Live Stream Chat Moderator — Beauty Products (WhatNot & TikTok Live) | Long-Term, Full-Time

Description:
We run high-volume live shopping shows on WhatNot and TikTok Live selling name-brand beauty products (makeup, skincare, fragrance). We're hiring dedicated Chat Moderators to work alongside our streamers and drive the show experience from the chat.
What you'll do:
Post the MSRP, product notes, and key selling points in chat for every item the streamer presents — in real time, as it hits the screen
Drive show flow: prompt the chat with what's coming up, what's selling now, and how to bid/buy
Answer buyer questions in chat quickly and accurately (product details, shipping, how auctions work)
Hype the room — keep energy up, welcome new viewers, celebrate wins
Flag issues to the streamer (pricing questions, confused buyers, spam/trolls) and keep the chat clean
Coordinate with the streamer so chat and voice are always in sync on the current product
Requirements:
Fluent written English — fast, accurate typing (this is a speed job)
Available 8–10 hours per day, consistent schedule (shows run daily; US Eastern Time hours)
Reliable high-speed internet and a computer (phone-only will not work)
Able to follow a product sheet and post the right info for the right item, every time
Prior live chat moderation, live selling, or customer support experience is a plus
Familiarity with WhatNot or TikTok Live is a plus — we will train you on our format
