My live fishing-match site, https://www.pegslam.com, is online but the current build still has gaps that are hurting the user experience. The top priority is the Live scoring and league tables feature: anglers need to see weights update in real time and the tables must reflect those numbers instantly and accurately.

Before anything else you will also need to check Pages that do not look right or work properly, tidy them up, and be sure every screen flows cleanly from joining a match, through payment, to the final results.

Responsiveness matters—I want the site (and its companion app once we wrap this stage) to feel smooth on both phones and desktop, without layout quirks or lag.

Deliverables I’m looking for
• Fully functional, real-time scoring feed that drives the league tables
• Corrections to any broken or visually off pages identified during an initial sweep
• Cross-device testing and refinements so the interface is equally solid on mobile and larger screens
• A short hand-over note explaining what was fixed and where the code was touched

Everything sits on the existing codebase, so you’ll be stepping into work already in production. Clean commits, clear comments, and a collaborative mindset will be appreciated—I’m keen to keep the momentum going for our anglers who rely on these live results.

PegSlam is a custom-built MERN-stack application using React, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB, with Vite as the frontend build tool.
