I need to hop on a Google Chat screen-share with a Photoshop pro right away. Over the next three hours you’ll walk me through every step of transforming a logo/graphic design into a print-ready file for a 72 x 36-inch banner.
During the session we will:
• Correct and enhance colours so they stay vibrant in CMYK.
• Remove or retouch a few elements cleanly.
• Resize the artwork and set the proper resolution, bleed and safe area.
• Export a final PDF/TIFF that any large-format printer can accept.
Clear spoken English is essential because I’ll be asking questions throughout and taking notes. When we’re done I expect two things:
1. A banner-sized file that meets the printer’s specs.
2. The confidence to repeat the process myself.
