I have a lengthy Microsoft Word file that still needs some finishing touches and I’d like to learn the quickest, cleanest way to do them myself. Although I’m an advanced Word user, I’m running into trouble with page numbering, managing section breaks, building an accurate table of contents, eliminating stubborn blank spaces, and polishing overall layout consistency. Rather than sending the document out, I want to share my screen and work through each issue in real time while you explain the logic behind every step.

The ideal flow is an interactive lesson: you demonstrate, I try it immediately, and we repeat until the technique sticks. We can connect through Zoom, Teams, or any reliable screen-sharing platform—whatever lets me stay in control of the file. If the hour is packed with clear, patient instruction and visible results, and accommodated with a good summmary of the lesson, ’m happy to compensate at up to $75 per productive hour, but only if I judge you to be a person I can work with).

Deliverables for each session
• Live screen-share meeting focused on: page numbering, section breaks, table of contents, clearing blank space, and general formatting best practices
• Step-by-step verbal guidance with reasoning behind each action
• A brief recap or quick reference notes so I can replicate the process later

If you’re comfortable teaching MS Word at this depth and pace, let’s schedule our first session.
