Live Excel Sync From Local File

I need my working Excel file to mirror the contents of another Excel / CSV file that sits on the same computer. The moment that source file is saved with new data, the workbook you create must refresh itself—no buttons to press, no scheduled tasks, just an immediate update that feels truly real-time.

You are free to use the most reliable approach: VBA with a file-change watcher, Power Query plus a lightweight macro, or any other method built into Microsoft Excel that keeps security prompts and external-link warnings to a minimum. What matters is that users can simply open the workbook and watch the figures change the instant the source does.
