Live Chat Support Specialist

I need an experienced telecaller who can own the live-chat window on my site and turn every visitor interaction into a positive customer-support experience. You’ll greet users, answer product and policy questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and seamlessly escalate anything you can’t solve. Fast, friendly written English and the ability to juggle multiple chats at once are critical.

During your shift you’ll keep detailed notes in our CRM, tag recurring themes, and send me a concise end-of-day recap so we can spot improvements early. Reliable internet, prior chat-support experience, and comfort working in common help-desk tools—Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar—are must-haves.

Deliverables
• Real-time coverage of the chat queue during the agreed hours
• Clean, fully documented transcripts logged in the CRM
• Daily summary of issues, resolutions, and any trends you notice
