The bridal shower will take place in New York City on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 12 pm to 3 pm, and I want to delight the bride-to-be and our guests with live, realistic portrait sketches done on paper. We expect between twenty-one and thirty guests, so the pace needs to be quick yet accurate enough for each person to walk away with a flattering likeness they can treasure.

You’ll set up at the venue with your own drawing materials—high-quality sketch paper and pencils or pens that produce clean, smudge-resistant results. I’ll provide a small table and chairs near natural light, plus name cards so you can label each finished piece. Guests will sit for a few minutes each while you capture their features; most are happy to chat, but a calm, professional manner is important.

Deliverables
• One hand-drawn, realistic portrait per guest (≈ 25 total)
• Each sketch signed and dated on the back
• Light protective sleeve or envelope for every finished piece

Acceptance criteria
• Likeness is recognizable and flattering to the subject.
• Average completion time stays under eight minutes per portrait so all guests are covered within the three-hour window.
• Paper quality and size remain consistent across sketches.

If this timeline and style fit your strengths, please send over a brief portfolio link showcasing similar live work and confirm the materials you’d bring. I’ll follow up quickly to lock in logistics and any travel specifics.
