I’m preparing a trade-show loop that will open with six short, live-action videos highlighting our new line of industrial lighting fixtures. I already have finished scripts for each piece and will forward them to you as soon as we start so you can evaluate scope and logistics.
After reviewing the scripts I’ll need you to return a firm, itemized quote that covers everything you include in your price (pre-production planning, shoot time, lighting and sound on set, color grading, basic titles or lower thirds, royalty-free background music, and final mastering for large-venue screens). Please also spell out how many complimentary revision rounds come with that quote and the exact rate or structure you use for any additional changes beyond the included rounds. An estimated delivery schedule from shoot day through final files is essential so I can coordinate with our booth-build team.
Deliverables I expect:
• Six finished videos, each supplied in 1080p (H.264 .mp4) ready for continuous playback on trade-show displays
• A version without music or voiceover for last-minute localization, plus all project files or edit packages so our in-house team can archive them
The fixtures will be available for filming in our warehouse studio, or you can propose a different location that better illustrates the beam spreads and rugged construction. If specialized lenses, dollies, or high-speed footage are part of your vision, just include them in the quote so there are no surprises later.
Once you’ve reviewed the scripts, send back: total price, what that price covers, the number of free revisions, cost structure for extra edits, and a realistic timeline with key milestones. I’m ready to lock dates as soon as we agree on the plan.
