My objective is to turn LinkedIn into a predictable lead engine by publishing and promoting short-form videos that speak directly to my ideal prospects. I already know that this platform, and this format, work best for my audience—the missing piece is a well-structured campaign that moves viewers from first impression to qualified enquiry.

Here is the scope in plain terms:

• Strategy & Planning
– Map out a 6-week video funnel that aligns with my offer and buyer journey.
– Define key metrics inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager so we can attribute leads accurately.

• Content Creation
– Write scripts, record or repurpose footage, and edit into native LinkedIn videos (30–90 seconds each).
– Optimise thumbnails, captions and on-screen CTAs to maximise completion rate and click-through.

• Distribution & Promotion
– Schedule organic posts on my Company Page and personal profile at peak times.
– Set up and manage Sponsored Content or Message Ads to amplify reach among targeted decision makers.

• Conversion & Reporting
– Integrate Lead Gen Forms or a custom landing page, test creative variants, and refine based on data.
– Provide weekly reports highlighting view rates, cost per lead and next actions.

Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum of ten edited videos delivered and scheduled.
2. Campaign live inside LinkedIn Ads Manager with tracking validated.
3. First performance report submitted within seven days of launch, showing initial lead count and optimisation notes.

Preferred tools: Adobe Premiere (or similar), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, basic analytics in Google Sheets. All raw assets remain my property upon hand-off, and I’ll supply brand guidelines and existing footage on day one.
